Just Monitorは、iPadを外部映像の表示用モニターとして使うためのアプリです。
本条件は、強行法規に基づく利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。Apple標準利用許諾契約と本ページに矛盾がある場合は、適用法令およびApple標準利用許諾契約が優先します。
1. 機能と必要機器
利用には、互換性のあるUSB-C iPad、UVC対応キャプチャデバイス、映像出力機器および必要なケーブル等が必要です。 Just Monitorは映像・音声を表示・再生しますが、PCを遠隔操作せず、仮想ディスプレイドライバーを追加せず、拡張ディスプレイを生成しません。 対応解像度、フレームレート、音声、給電および安定性は機器の組み合わせによって異なります。
2. 無料版と広告なし購入
無料版と広告なし購入後で表示機能は同一です。購入により広告だけが非表示になります。
- 年間プラン：1年ごとの自動更新サブスクリプションです。利用者がキャンセルするまで更新されます。
- 買い切り（広告なし）：自動更新のない非消耗型アプリ内課金です。同じApple Accountで購入権利を復元できます。
「買い切り」は、購入したJust Monitorにおける広告なし権利を意味します。将来のすべてのOS、機器、別アプリ、またはサービスの永久提供を保証する表現ではありません。 価格と通貨は購入前にApp Storeが表示する内容が適用されます。
3. 支払、更新、解約、返金
支払と請求はAppleが処理します。年間プランは、Appleが示す期間までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。 解約はAppleのサブスクリプション管理から行えます。 返金の可否と手続は、適用法令およびAppleの返金手続に従います。
4. 適切な利用
利用者は、接続する映像・音声について必要な権利と許可を確保し、著作権、プライバシー、機密保持その他の法令・契約を守るものとします。 違法行為、権利侵害、セキュリティ回避、広告または購入機能の不正操作に本アプリを使用しないでください。
5. 可用性と責任範囲
運営者は合理的な範囲でアプリの安全性と安定性の維持に努めますが、すべての機器との互換性、無停止、無誤作動、特定目的への適合を保証できません。 適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、予見できない間接損害、逸失利益またはデータ損失について責任を負いません。 この制限は、法令上制限できない責任、運営者の故意または重過失による責任には適用されません。
6. 利用許諾、変更、連絡
アプリの利用許諾にはApple標準利用許諾契約が適用されます。 機能、販売条件または法令の変更に応じて本条件を更新する場合があります。重要な変更は発効日を更新してお知らせします。 ご質問はjustmonitorsupport@gmail.comへお送りください。

Terms of Use and Purchase Terms
Effective: August 27, 2026
Just Monitor displays video and, when available, external capture audio from a compatible UVC capture device on an iPad. A compatible USB-C iPad, capture device, source device, cables, and any required power are not included. The app does not remotely control a PC, install a virtual-display driver, or create an extended display. Compatibility and performance vary by hardware combination.
Free and ad-free options
Display features are the same on the free plan and after an ad-free purchase; purchases remove ads only. The annual plan is an auto-renewable one-year subscription that renews until canceled. The one-time ad-free option is a non-consumable in-app purchase with no automatic renewal and may be restored with the same Apple Account. “One-time” describes the entitlement for this Just Monitor app; it does not guarantee perpetual availability on every future OS, device, separate app, or service.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Apple processes payment and shows the applicable price and currency before purchase. Users can cancel through Apple subscription management. Refund eligibility and requests are governed by applicable law and Apple's refund process.
Acceptable use, availability, and liability
Users must have the rights and permissions needed for the connected video and audio and must comply with copyright, privacy, confidentiality, and other applicable obligations. The operator takes reasonable steps to maintain security and reliability but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for unforeseeable indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
License, changes, and contact
The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license. These terms may be updated when the app, sales terms, or law changes; material updates will change the effective date. Contact justmonitorsupport@gmail.com with questions.
