映像と音声は、iPadの中で処理します。
Just Monitorは、接続されたUVCキャプチャデバイスの映像と、利用可能な場合は外部キャプチャ音声をiPad上で表示・再生します。 アプリ運営者は、その映像や音声を録画、保存、閲覧、または独自サーバーへ送信しません。
1. 運営者と適用範囲
本ポリシーはJust Monitorアプリ、公式サポートサイト、およびサポート窓口に適用されます。 運営者の法的氏名および連絡先住所は、本人確認を伴う正当な請求があった場合、justmonitorsupport@gmail.comを通じて遅滞なく開示します。 公開窓口はこのメールアドレスです。
2. アプリが扱う情報と利用目的

運営者独自の利用者アカウント、クラウド保存、映像配信、位置情報取得、連絡先取得はありません。
3. 広告、同意管理、Firebase
無料版の広告と地域別の同意管理にはGoogle Mobile AdsおよびUser Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用します。 同意内容、端末設定、広告リクエストに応じて、IPアドレス、概算地域、端末・アプリ識別情報、広告の表示や操作、診断・性能情報などをGoogleまたは広告パートナーが処理する場合があります。 Just Monitorは広告リクエストを非パーソナライズ設定で行い、パブリッシャーのファーストパーティIDを無効にしていますが、法令上必要な同意画面は表示します。
Firebase Remote Configは、広告配信に必要な設定を取得するために使用します。 アプリにFirebase Analyticsは組み込んでおらず、独自の行動分析は行いません。

4. 購入とApple
購入、請求、購入履歴、返金およびサブスクリプション管理はAppleのStoreKitとApp Storeが処理します。 Just MonitorはAppleが端末上で検証した商品ID、購入状態、取消状態および有効期限を読み取り、広告表示の可否を判断します。 運営者はカード番号、Apple Accountのパスワード、決済情報を独自サーバーで受け取りません。 詳細はAppleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. 第三者提供と国外での処理
運営者はサポートメールを販売しません。広告、同意管理、Remote Configおよび購入の提供に必要な範囲で、GoogleとAppleが各社の規約・ポリシーに基づき情報を処理します。 これらの事業者は利用者の国または地域以外にあるサーバーや委託先で情報を処理する場合があります。 法令上同意が必要な場合はUMPその他の適切な方法で同意を求めます。
6. 法的根拠
適用法令に応じて、アプリ機能と購入済みサービスの提供、利用者の同意、法的義務の履行、 および安全で安定したサービスを提供する正当な利益を根拠として情報を処理します。 同意を根拠とする処理は、将来に向けて同意を撤回できます。
7. 保持と削除
UVC映像・音声と端末内の動作データは運営者のサーバーへ送信されないため、運営者は保持しません。 端末内データは、アプリの削除、iPadOSのリセット、またはアプリ設定の変更まで残る場合があります。 購入履歴はApple、第三者SDKのデータは各提供者の保持方針に従います。 サポートメールは、通常は最終対応から12か月以内を目安に削除します。ただし、紛争対応や法令上の保存義務がある場合は必要な期間保持します。
8. 利用者の選択と権利
- カメラとマイクの許可はiPadOSの「設定」から変更できます。許可を取り消すと外部入力を利用できません。
- 地域で利用可能な場合、広告同意はアプリ内の「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できます。
- 購入とサブスクリプションはApple AccountのApp Store設定から確認・管理できます。
- サポートメールの開示、訂正、削除、利用停止その他の法令上の請求は、公開窓口へ連絡できます。
請求内容に応じて本人確認をお願いする場合があります。運営者が保有しない映像・音声・端末内データは、運営者側で開示または削除できません。
9. 安全管理と子どもの利用
取り扱う情報を不正なアクセスや漏えいから保護するため、情報の性質に応じた安全管理を行います。 Just Monitorは子どもを対象として設計されたアプリではありません。保護者は、子どもがサポート窓口へ個人情報を送信しないようご確認ください。
10. 変更とお問い合わせ
アプリの機能、使用するサービス、販売地域または法令の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。 重要な変更はこのページの発効日を更新してお知らせします。プライバシーに関する質問や請求は、justmonitorsupport@gmail.comへお送りください。

Scope and operator
This policy applies to the Just Monitor app, its official support site, and support correspondence. The operator's legal name and contact address will be disclosed without undue delay in response to a legitimate, identity-verified request sent to justmonitorsupport@gmail.com. This email address is the public contact channel.
Media and permissions
Just Monitor displays video from a connected UVC capture device and, when available, plays external capture audio on the iPad. The operator does not record, store, view, or upload that media to an operator-controlled server. Camera and microphone permissions are used for external capture input, not for recording with the built-in camera or microphone.
Local app data and purchases
Display settings, the ad-free grace-period start, ad counters, and related operating state may be stored on the device. Apple processes purchases, billing, purchase history, refunds, and subscription management through StoreKit and the App Store. The app reads Apple-verified entitlement status on the device; the operator does not receive card details or Apple Account passwords on a custom server.
Advertising, consent, and Remote Config
Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform provide free-plan ads and regional consent management. Depending on consent, device settings, and the ad request, Google or its advertising partners may process IP address, approximate location, device and app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. Just Monitor requests non-personalized ads and disables the publisher first-party ID, while still presenting legally required consent choices. Firebase Remote Config retrieves settings needed to deliver ads. The app does not include Firebase Analytics, and we do not perform our own behavioral analytics.

Purposes, legal bases, recipients, and international processing
Information is processed to provide app and purchased features, deliver and control ads, manage consent, prevent abuse, answer support requests, improve reliability, and comply with law. Depending on applicable law, the bases are contract performance, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in a safe and reliable service. Google and Apple may process information in countries other than the user's own under their policies and safeguards. The operator does not sell support correspondence.
Retention, choices, and rights
The operator does not retain UVC media or local operating data because those items are not sent to an operator backend. On-device data may remain until the app or device data is removed. Apple and third-party SDK providers apply their own retention rules. Support correspondence is normally deleted within 12 months after the last response, unless longer retention is needed for a dispute or legal obligation. Users can change camera and microphone permissions in iPadOS, change ad-consent choices through the in-app Ad Privacy Options where available, and manage subscriptions through the App Store. Requests to access, correct, delete, restrict, or otherwise exercise applicable rights over support correspondence may be sent to the public contact address. Identity verification may be required.
Security, children, changes, and contact
We apply safeguards appropriate to the information we handle to protect it from unauthorized access and disclosure. The app is not designed for children. Parents and guardians should ensure that children do not send personal information to support. This policy may change when the app, services, territories, or law change; material updates will be reflected in the effective date.
